SELLING
1. Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros including all French taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes if applicable), excluding shipping and customs and other taxes. 2. Order

4. Warnings
The characteristics of the chair, such as size, material, color and functionality, are accurately described. The images provided are indicative and may vary from the actual product. Photos are non-contractual. Photos may be retouched.
In case of damage to the Walter Outfit chair, we are not responsible.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, accidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Intended use: The product has been designed to sit indoors.
There is a risk of injury and property damage in case of incorrect mounting. The safety of your KVANxBERTHIER product is not ensured.
Only qualified personnel are allowed to perform the full assembly/disassembly of the product.
Choose a suitable place for your sofa. Despite good light resistance, fabric and leather coverings brighten over time if you expose your sofa to direct sunlight. Place it at a sufficient distance from the radiators because high heat damages the sofa
Do not use the chair other than for its original use. Do not exceed the maximum weight of 120 kg. Do not subject the chair to temperature changes. Do use the chair as a stepstool.
5. Availability
The Products are offered for sale in a limit of 100 copies depending on the available stocks. KVANxBERTHIER informs the Buyer of the availability of Products sold on the Site at the time of order confirmation.
If, despite the vigilance of KVANxBERTHIER, the Products are unavailable, KVANxBERTHIER will inform the Buyer by email as soon as possible. KVANxBERTHIER shall not be liable for permanent or temporary unavailability, nor shall it give rise to any right to compensation or damages in favor of the Buyer.
6. Delivery
Delivery times will be estimated after the sale of the 100 seats. As a result, the estimated time frames will be provided as a guide and may vary depending on various factors.
In case of delivery by a carrier other than La Poste and unless otherwise indicated on the Site, the delivery of the products will take place at the address indicated by the Buyer, on the ground floor. Additional charges may apply for delivery on a higher floor.
By validating his order, the Buyer undertakes to guarantee the accessibility of the place of delivery to the vehicle and to be present on the day and during the time slot set for delivery. To this end, the Buyer also agrees to provide a valid telephone number and agrees that this number will be communicated to the carrier in order to agree on the delivery date and time.

7. Maintenance
The following maintenance tips are provided as a guide. For non-specific surfaces, we recommend using a damp cloth. We advise you to use environmentally friendly cleaning products and to maintain your furniture regularly. Before using a cleaning product for the first time, test it on a small area that is not visible.
Fabrics: The coating fabrics require for maintenance only to regularly vacuum dust and lint using the corresponding tip of the vacuum cleaner. Removal of stains: In most cases, an absorbent, lint-free sponge will clean fresh stains immediately. To remove dry, encrusted stains, gently brush the fabric with a soft brush. Depending on the nature of the task, the use of a solvent may be necessary. In such cases, we advise you to seek professional advice. Never vigorously rub the surface of coating fabrics. Do not use a cleaning product containing a solvent if you do not have the necessary technical knowledge. If you leave your seat in the sun for an extended period of time, its color may change. We therefore advise you not to expose your seat to excessive sunlight.
Leather: Do not expose leather furniture to direct sunlight and keep it at a reasonable distance from any heat source, so that the leather does not dry out or harden. Immediately absorb the liquid stains with a cloth, and rinse with a little water if necessary. Never use aggressive products such as stain removers, turpentine, waxing, etc.
Metal: Spot Removal: To quickly remove stains on shiny, matt, chrome or aluminum surfaces, you can use a regular window cleaner on a clean soft cloth, then dry the surface with another soft cloth. Always gently clean metal surfaces, and do not rub to avoid scratching. Never use cleaners containing granular substances, acetic acid or citric acid.
Wood: Wood is a durable material, especially when its qualities are well used. Wooden furniture reacts to its surroundings: for example, it changes color under the influence of light. They also have the ability to adapt their own humidity to that of their environment. On the other hand, they crack and deform in case of significant temperature and humidity variations. For example, to avoid staining, immediately absorb any liquid coming into contact with the wood. Also, to clean solid wood surfaces and veneers, a simple soft cloth slightly moistened is enough. In case of more stubborn tasks, you can also use a product such as dish liquid. Never use powerful cleaners or cleaning products containing silicone or an abrasive substance.
